- Each “meal” included in the package deals has a maximum value of £20 per person and will be discounted off the total bill.
- Alcoholic beverages are not included in any meal packages.
- Deals are subject to availability and require advance booking.
- Safety gear, including helmets, is compulsory for all riders.
- A signed waiver and rental agreement are necessary to participate.
- Offers are non-transferable and non-refundable within 24 hours of the booking.
- The Gold package accommodation is based on double or twin occupancy; single occupancy may incur additional charges.
- Offers are valid any available day until the last day of February.
- Riders Retreat may cancel offers due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances affecting safety.
