Our Partners

While we know the Tweed Valley is best known for its various biking activities, it offers so much more than that. We’ve partnered up with some local providers of outdoor adventures. Check them out below and get in touch direct and enjoy your next adventure

E-Bike Hire Scotland

Ebike hire Scotland is a new take on bike hire, trying to break down the main barriers that quell the enjoyment of mountain biking – cost and fitness. With the intention to provide a high-quality service, choose from a range of electric mountain bikes that can spirit you to the top of the hill with varying levels of assistance and all at a reasonable cost.

Basing the bulk of their hire fleet here at the hotel, our bike hire partner can provide guided rides and skills sessions for different levels of rider; from the total novice to the expert via a partnership with Ridelines. If you have ever wondered what the most social way to enjoy a bike ride in the hills is without requiring a high of level of fitness ebikes are not just the future but the here and now.

You can also use ebikes to tow the kids when they start lacking enthusiasm for another climb.

If you fancy some top-quality mountain biking tuition with some really experienced local instructors, we heartily recommend booking with our friends over at Ridelines. Based in the Tweed valley they have been coaching and guiding since 2011 and really have a handle on the Scottish mtb scene. They deliver kids camps during both the Scottish and English half terns and summer holidays (Easter, Summer and October).

For grownups, Ridelines offer a number of courses and cater to all levels of biker though If you’d prefer some private tuition that can also be easily arranged. As one of our recommended partners we are delighted to have a special rate organised for our hotel guests. Hop over to the website, find your perfect course and enjoy your ride!
