WHAT'S ON

“Just home after a lovely over night stay here. We were attending a Christmas Party Night at The Cardona (1 mile along the road) and I am so glad we were staying in this hotel !!!We were welcomed by a lovely girl (didn’t catch her name) and she welcomed us with a friendly smile and helped us all to our rooms. Our rooms were triple rooms. Clean and a lovely comfy bed. We all had a good night’s rest! We were up and downstair for breakfast and again very welcomed by the Staff in the restaurant. The staff couldn’t do enough to please us and we were well fed with a delicious Scottish breakfast. There was plenty on the menu for all our guests to choose from – vegetarian and meat eaters! We would all stay again at The Glentress. I could not fault this small friendly hotel in the middle of the country.”
